At W for Woman, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 15-day return and exchange policy for all unworn garments with original tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account, visit the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  Pack the Product

  Ensure the apparel is unused, unwashed, and placed in its original packaging with all brand tags and invoices attached.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is submitted, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the return package.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
